The City of Pasadena is currently in the process of developing a Wood Soft Story Seismic Retrofit Ordinance. Degenkolb is providing expertise in examining a preliminary soft-story survey as well as assisting in developing of the ordinance language. Degenkolb will be helping the city with community outreach and presentations to city council.
