Degenkolb provided structural engineering services associated with the tenant improvements for this Confidential Driverless Car Company Tuck Terminal in San Francisco, California. The existing building is a one-story concrete tilt up building with a flexible wood roof that is very common in the Bay Area. The tenant improvement scope includes new exterior wall openings as well as anchorage design for all service lifts, tire mounting equipment, a new compressor and waste oil container, and various cabinets, shelves, racks, and work benches.
