Degenkolb provided structural engineering for a Financial Services Company tenant improvement project at 101 California Street in San Francisco, California. The build-out encompassed floors two through seven for a total of approximately 190,000 s.f. The program included a new café, game room, conference spaces, a reception area, a network and security operations center, and other amenities. The project scope also included a new stair connecting levels three through six, a new 5th floor lobby opening, wall framing for a new safe room, anchorage design for new MEP and kitchen equipment, existing framing evaluation and coordination for new balcony and courtyard landscaping to avoid strengthening, and additional architectural features.
