Degenkolb is providing structural design services for various tenant improvements of this confidential law firm in Palo Alto, CA. The tenant improvements incorporate 70,000 s.f. of the entire first and second floor of the building. Project scope includes anchorage design for soffits, interior glass partitions, two movable partitions, glass guard rails at the main stair, and the evaluation of existing framing for new assembly loading in the proposed conference room areas.
