Del Campo High School, CTE Building, Renovation and Reuse

WHAT WE DID

San Juan USD, Del Campo High School, CTE Building, Renovation and Reuse, Fair Oaks, CA

A previously utilized vocational building has been repurposed to accommodate highly sought-after career technical education programs, such as Fire/EMT, Computer Technology, and Television Broadcast. The $10 million, 12,000 square-foot modernized CTE building introduces innovative areas, including a new fire training bays to house a fire truck and ambulance, a classroom and apparatus bay, a broadcast studio with a classroom and control room, a fabrication lab, and a computer technology center. The project costs required a full building retrofit which was collaboratively developed with XL construction for schedule and cost considerations.
