WHAT WE DID
Designed a state-of-the-art performing arts center with capacity for more than 460 people.
Covering 30,714 square feet, this new theater boasts a 467-seat performance space with a recessed orchestra pit, comprehensive control room, and advanced lighting and sound systems, now accommodating a diverse range of performances and events. Additionally, the facility includes dedicated areas for band, choir, and drama instruction, strategically located near the performance space, fostering seamless integration of performing arts within the program. The steel building has a steel braced frame lateral system with concrete over metal deck at the 2nd floor and bare metal deck at the roofs.
