WHAT WE DID
Stanford Redwood City is the first significant expansion outside of Stanford’s main campus.
Stanford Redwood City is the first significant expansion outside of Stanford’s main campus. Five miles away from the main campus, the new campus encompasses a 35-acre site, which will be developed in phases. The expansion includes structural design changes for the adaptive reuse of four commercial buildings to medical office use. The new Stanford Redwood City medical offices will serve outpatients and provide administrative offices. Work involves conversion of 90,000 square feet to OSHPD 3 use and new equipment programming for an MRI, CT Scan and X-ray rooms. The structural scope included vibration analysis to support the medical facilities’ development.
